Lori A. Cowan received a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University (MCV/VCU) in 1993. She has additional advanced counseling studies from MCV/VCU and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).  Lori also has 120 continuing professional education hours in Life Care Planning for Advanced Catastrophic Case Management from The University of Florida and is a certified Life Care Planner.  Her specialty areas include: traumatic brain injury, chronic pain, developmental disabilities, and mental disorders. She performs a full range of vocational rehabilitation and expert services.

Patricia H. Bulifant has her Nursing Diploma from Petersburg General Hospital School of Professional Nursing and is a Registered Nurse (RN.) She also has 120 continuing education hours in Life Care Planning for Advanced Catastrophic Case Management from The University of Florida and is a certified Life Care Planner.  She has over 20 years experience in Disability Case Management and provides a wide scope of medical and legal nurse consulting services.
